Where is ROOMERS located?

ROOMERS is a concept store at City Walk, Dubai, serving both businesses – hotels, restaurants and cafés (B2B) – and private customers (B2C). Visit us to see and test the collections, or contact us to book a project appointment.

Which brands do you supply?

ROOMERS supplies tableware, glassware, cutlery and coffee equipment from international brands, including Costa Nova, Seltmann Weiden, L’Objet, Cutipol, Italesse, Toyo-Sasaki Glass, Tokyo Design and Sjöstrand, as well as our own ROOMERS, ROOMERS Glassware and 1966 collections.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. In-stock items are delivered within 2–5 working days across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Do you deliver to other GCC countries?

Yes. We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Contact us for delivery times and costs to your city.

Do you offer B2B or wholesale pricing for hotels and restaurants?

Yes. We offer project and volume pricing for hotels, restaurants, cafés and holiday-home operators, and a loyalty program for repeat orders.

Can we get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples are available for hotel and restaurant projects, so your team can test pieces in real service before ordering.

Can you add our logo or make custom pieces?

Yes. Custom pieces and logo branding are available on request, and our team provides a free design mock-up so you can see your logo on the pieces before ordering.
