Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@roomers.ae with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Exceptions

Custom pieces, logo-branded items and products ordered specially for you cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days. Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
